Therapy Sessions Tailored to Your Individual Needs
Sessions can either be in person (face to face) in Frodsham or online at your request.
Sessions will be 50 minutes long, however there is an option to book an extended session if you wish.
The first session will be about you/your child settling in to the space and allowing yourself to feel comfortable talking to a therapist.
As an Integrative therapist I am trained in the three most prevalent types of therapy: CBT, Psychodynamic and the Person Centred approach. This flexible approach enables me to change the session to suit your needs.
Often I will ask if you have something specific you wish to bring to the session, some people have lots to say straight away, others find this more difficult (both are common) . If you don’t know where to start, I can ask gentle questions to support you in this process.
You or your child are in charge of how the therapy session looks and are always able to say if there is something you don’t want to discuss or an activity you may not want to take part in.
Therapy can be a powerful process that can enable you/your child to see your thoughts and feelings reflected and observed in an empowering and safe space.
